1. Installation precautions The power supply of the machine is AC220V, 50HZ, and the power is about 40W.

3,ZS-6 automatic bottom line winding machine can not use different specifications of the core (each time can only be put into the same specification of the core, such as mixed into the machine may fail).
4, the number of shuttle cores in the blanking tray is 80, please be careful not to exceed the set amount, otherwise there will be a failure.
5, must use the qualified spindle without deformation, otherwise the bottom line can not be wound on the spindle core.6, the alarm red light indicates that the spindle in the disk is used up, or the line has been used up, and the machine stops running. Just add the shuttle core, or replace the new wire machine can return to normal work.
7, the amount of bobbin winding can be adjusted to the reed and screws, so that the height of the reed to complete the amount of winding. The ideal amount of winding is 80% of the core used.
